The Christian Home

Series Introduction

Introduction

Having looked at God’s word for the last few weeks, as an overview of the bible itself, we’ll look deeper in the scriptures in this new 3-part series. Some say that the bible is outdated, being over 2000 years old, and yet it still has the necessities of day-to-day living contained within its pages.

In this series, we’ll look at The Christian Home and the responsibilities of each participant within. The scripture we’ll focus on is Col. 3:18-22. This covers the role of husbands, wives, parents, children, and the workforce.

Conclusion

The apostle Paul wrote, Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:1). This is best way we can live a godly life is if we imitate Christ and the example, he left for us, (1 Pet. 2:21) when he walked this earth.
